My son’s new wife, Ke-hsin, graduated with a masters degree in December. Since I was still recovering from surgery, my execution of these cookies was delayed by several weeks. But as I told her…..it was the thought that counted. :)
I’m so proud of Ke-hsin! She has accomplished so much in the last few years. To come from Taiwan and attend a university for several years to acquire a MASTERS degree……all the while, adjusting to life in the States and reading, writing, and listening to English in an educational setting…..WOW! She’s amazing.
I love that in her last few weeks of internship, she was already pursuing a job. And she found an AWESOME one in California! I’m so excited for her and Kyle and their new life together.
Once again, cookies made with a TON of LOVE! ♥️

P.S. After the photos were taken, blog post written, and the cookies shipped to Ke-hsin…..I realized that I failed to make the 2nd “a” for g-r-a-d-u-a-t-e. 🥴 So yes……I’m aware that I made a spelling mistake. I’m pretty OCD about these kinds of things…..so I’m really kicking myself for my failure. Overall…..I’m super happy with the cookies…..so I’m still going to share this.
Chalk it up to “we all make mistakes”. 😔
