By the time this Chatter goes live.....the new website will be live!
Exciting times.......

Marshall of Byler Media has done a fantastic job building the new CookieCrazie website. I am THRILLED with how the site has turned out and all the added features we now have. And I'm grateful to God that He provided all the means for it to happen.

Needless to say, the new website has taken a tremendous amount of time and energy. Hopefully both Marshall and I can be able to focus on other things after that huge task. :)

This weekend I'm out of town again, so no cookie decorating going on here. But hopefully I can decorate next weekend.

We are having FALL weather now.....it it is delightful! I love this time of year.

Whirlwind week......I've barely been able to catch my breath.

Thankfully, last weekend included cookie decorating.

That always gives me such joy and peace.

The new website is coming along......hopefully the unveiling will happen this next week.

It would help if I wasn't so busy with a million other things. ;)

But my web designer is awesome......and he's smoothing out all the rough edges.

Stay tuned for the big "reveal".

Going out of town this weekend and next.

It has really thrown a wrench in my "new normal".

Now that I'm working four days a week, I'm learning how to manage home life.

And it was all going well...... until some out-of-town events started coming.

That's OK......I'll figure it out.

The weather is supposed to get more fall-like next week.

I'm super excited about that!

This time of year is the BEST. :)

Personal Side

Things have settled down here and this week improved over last.

I was able to do cookies this last weekend, and that is always a good thing. :)

Big news....CookieCrazie is getting a complete makeover.

The site is coming together.....and hopefully very soon, you will see a whole new look.

I love that it is very visual......full of cookie photos.

That has been my desire for many months now.....to have a site where those who just wanted to look at the different cookie designs could come and take a peek without having to see lots of tutorials.

It will finally be a reality.

The blog will still be featured on the site, but there will be tons of photos all in the photo gallery

to just go look at all the different cookie collections.

I can't wait for you, my faithful readers, to see it!

Thank you for supporting my cause and making CookieCrazie what it is.

I'm blessed beyond measure!

Personal Side

It's been a series of ups and downs this week.

Sometimes life is hard.

These last few days have been filled with difficult stuff.

But by the grace of God.....we will carry on with joy.

This last weekend I worked on Thanksgiving cookies.

You know me.....gotta keep ahead.

It was fun to do some unique shapes and sets.

I really enjoyed getting back into decorating.

I've missed it a ton.

This weekend I'm moving on to the next holiday after Thanksgiving.

It's crazy to be making them in September, but what's new?

I'm needing to get ahead for multiple reasons.

There's lots coming up in the next few weeks/months.

If I have everything for the blog solid through the end of the year,

it will allow me the freedom to accomplish planning and implementation of a ton of other projects.

Come on fall weather.....we're still waiting for you! :)

Personal Side

It truly is GOOD to be home.

We arrived safely from Ukraine on Friday night at around 11 PM.

I was back in the saddle early Saturday morning and stayed up all day.

Jet Lag has not plagued me at all.

I'm so thankful.

My daughter had her gender reveal party Sunday and we are having a BABY BOY!

We are greatly anticipating his arrival in December.

This holiday season is definitely going to be like no other.

No cookie decorating here yet......but I'm planning on

working on cookies during this holiday weekend.

And I have some VERY EXCITING news coming up soon.

Once I arrived home from Ukraine.....some pretty crazy things happened....

so buckle up and start anticipating some huge changes around here.

God is so good to bless me in this way!

Autumn is just around the corner.

I can't wait to start decorating the house for the season.
