My daughter asked me to make some pizza valentines in February for her coworkers. I was so excited because I’d never done pizza cookies before.
I spent quite a bit of time making all the “pizza toppings” out of edible clay…. including shredded cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, green peppers and black olives. When I put those pizza slice cookies together, it was worth every second of extra time I put into the details.
My family stood around the final cookies and showered me with compliments. I’m so happy how these cookies turned out.
And they were FILLED with lots of love as usual. I love creating things for my family.
