Deciding to do a "Grateful Hearts" theme for Thanksgiving,
I wanted to come up with a fun new twist on heart cookies.
This cool new embossing tool allowed me to cut the cookie dough before it was baked,
forming clear definition for "mosaic tiles" on the heart.

Once the cookies are baked, outline and flood each diamond with glaze.
Form a pattern with glaze colors as desired.
Dry cookies overnight.
If desired, brush on dry caramel dust over hearts to add some "aging".
