This is probably the most green and frog-filled post I've ever done. haha
These bulging-eyed frogs make me smile every time. :)
There are four different versions of the frog in this tutorial......
but they all have the same basic steps.
For the frog head, use a large six-petal flower cutter and cut off the bottom two petals.
(see photo below)
Outline and flood the entire cookie in green glaze.
Allow the green glaze to dry for at least an hour and then
outline and flood large white glaze circles for the eyes.
While the white glaze is still wet, add large brown or black circles in the center
and add a white accent line around the edge.
(see photo below)
Also add a nose and smile line with green glaze.
Dry overnight.
Brush with dry bronze and green leaf pearl dusts.
You'll need a large square cookie for the funky cornered frog head.
Outline and flood the top portion of the square with dark green glaze as shown below.
Wait at least 30 minutes before outlining and flooding the rest of the cookie in lighter green glaze.
Allow the green glaze to dry for at least an hour and then
outline and flood large white glaze circles for the eyes.
While the white glaze is still wet, add large brown or black circles in the center
and add a white accent line around the edge.
(see photo below)
Also add a nose and smile with green glaze.
Dry overnight.
Brush with dry bronze and green leaf pearl dusts.
Wait at least 15 minutes before adding the body of the frog.
And then wait another 15 minutes before adding the head of the frog.
Allow the green glaze to dry for at least an hour and then
outline and flood large white glaze circles for the eyes.
While the white glaze is still wet, add large brown or black circles in the center
and add a white accent line around the edge.
(see photo below)
Also add a nose and smile with green glaze.
Outline and flood the front frog legs as shown below.
Dry overnight.

To make your own "full-bodied" frog, cut a mason jar cookie and replace the top with a heart.
(see photo below)
Outline and flood the head and skinny body of the frog in green glaze.
(see photo below)
Allow the green glaze to dry for at least an hour and then
outline and flood large white glaze circles for the eyes.
Also, add some skinny back legs with green glaze.
While the white glaze is still wet, add large brown or black circles in the center
and add a white accent line around the edge.
(see photo below)
Also add a nose and smile with green glaze.
After the back legs have dried for about 1 hour,
use the flat end of a boo-boo stick to create a line
down the middle of the leg as shown in the photo above.
At this point, you can also add the front legs as shown below.
Dry overnight.
Brush with dry bronze and green leaf pearl dusts.
