Ok, ok.....I know I ended up with a strange combination for my last two pics of last week's cookies, but here they are.
These lemonade glasses are certainly not my best effort.....but they will do for now.
My sister ordered these for her husband ( my bro-in-law) for Father's Day. He is a professional photographer, so I tried to make his Nikon D300. Since I won't do copyrighted stuff, I wouldn't put the name on the top....I just put a squiggly white line. Seemed like an OK compromise. My family was itching to eat one of these because they are so thick.....and CHOCOLATE. But I sold my extra one yesterday, and a dozen of these are going in the mail to my sister today. Maybe next time. ;-)
OK.....so that's all the pics I have from last week. My daughter is home from Nashville (she just returned from a two month mission trip to Brazil) for the week....yippee!.....and she is anxious to do sugar cookies with me today. She hasn't seen all my new techniques and tools in this last year's massive improvement in how I do them, so she is anxious to learn. I have three orders of cookies, but most are things I've done before. however, I do have three new cookies I'm trying today....so we shall see if they are something I can share with you tomorrow or the next day. ;-)
